Senior Sales Officer

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer will own the development and expansion of customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue growth for the company. This role collaborates with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end sales solutions and manage the full lead‑to‑cash cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase revenue within assigned accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and commercial collection.
• Coordinate marketing promotion activities, presentations, and brand‑building events.
• Resolve business‑related issues and provide solutions until closure.
• Collect and analyse market, competitor, and customer information and report to management.
• Support internal departments (marketing, project, etc.) to deliver acceptable solutions.
• Handle government bidding processes and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related sector.
