Senior Scrum Master (Agile Project Lead)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple software development teams. You will act as the primary facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and quality, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews to optimize team dynamics.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs, prioritize new requests, and maintain clear sprint goals.
• Use JIRA to track sprint progress, generate burndown charts, and present data‑driven insights.
• Generate and analyze project metrics with PowerBI and PowerApps, delivering dashboards and reports to senior management.
• Mentor and support other Scrum Masters and Associate Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of self‑management and agile maturity.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth flow of work across development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software development projects, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) required.
• Strong servant‑leadership mindset, excellent communication in English, and proven conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• JIRA for agile tracking and reporting.
• PowerBI for data visualization and metric analysis.
• PowerApps for building custom dashboards.
• Salesforce platform knowledge and related certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and practices like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI and automated testing.
