Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

The Senior Travel Consultant will design and deliver premium travel experiences for affluent clients. Working closely with hotels, airlines and tour operators, you will create bespoke itineraries that reflect each traveller’s unique preferences and budget. This role requires a deep knowledge of luxury destinations and the ability to manage all aspects of the travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and assess client needs to understand travel preferences, interests and budget.
• Design customized itineraries that include luxury accommodations, exclusive activities, dining reservations and unique experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, cultural attractions, local customs and hidden gems.
• Build and nurture relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, airlines and other partners, negotiating exclusive rates and privileges.
• Coordinate travel logistics, troubleshoot issues during trips, and provide real‑time support to clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the travel experience through additional services, upgrades or special experiences.
• Keep accurate records of client preferences, itineraries and communication history.
• Collect client feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in travel consulting or a related luxury travel role.
• Proven ability to serve high‑end clientele and deliver personalized travel solutions.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, cultural attractions and luxury travel trends.
• Excellent negotiation skills with travel partners and suppliers.
