Showroom Manager - Two-Wheeler Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our two-wheeler showroom operations, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role oversees team leadership, stock management, and local market development.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and develop showroom‑level sales strategies.
• Lead, motivate, coach and monitor the showroom sales team, setting individual targets and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey, handling key customers, escalations and complex complaints.
• Maintain showroom standards, manage vehicle display, pricing information and monitor stock ageing, bookings and deliveries.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and local marketing activities while providing market intelligence.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, Logistics and After‑Sales teams to ensure smooth processing of documentation, financing and delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in showroom or automotive sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high‑performance sales team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to manage relationships and resolve issues.
• Capability to manage inventory, stock visibility and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Analytical aptitude for reporting, KPI monitoring and market intelligence.
