Showroom Sales Associate

About the role

The Showroom Sales Associate will be the front‑line representative of Natural Nourishment, delivering exceptional customer service and helping visitors choose the right FMCG and beauty products. You will maintain the showroom’s visual standards and actively promote products through social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, confident assistance to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Keep the store fully stocked and organized to support the sales process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information and accurately communicate features and benefits.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Create short TikTok videos showcasing showroom products and post them on relevant social platforms.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident and customer‑focused attitude.
• Knowledge of FMCG and beauty product ranges.
• At least 24 months of relevant retail or sales experience.

Required skills

• Ability to produce and edit TikTok video content.
