Social Media Expert (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Subject Matter Expert to work remotely on an hourly contract basis. You will evaluate AI‑generated social content, provide detailed feedback, and help create high‑quality social media outputs that improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content such as prompts, gold‑standard posts, threads, scripts, calendars, and strategy notes.
• Evaluate and rank AI‑generated responses for engagement, clarity, platform fit, and brand alignment.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe claims, policy risks, and bias, and ensure reliability across use cases.
• Provide precise written feedback, fact‑check claims, and model exemplary social‑first writing.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on effectiveness, correctness, and reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing social media for brands, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics and best practices across major social networks.
• Experience with content operations, calendars, creative briefs, and collaboration with design/video teams.
• Ability to assess content for brand safety, misleading claims, and policy compliance.
• Excellent written English (C1) and strong editing skills.
