Social Media Handler – Content Creation & Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Handler to manage Rijalco Group's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. You will create engaging content that showcases our plumbing solutions, projects and company activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning and publishing.
• Create posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, captions and promotional material.
• Communicate product features, applications and benefits through compelling content.
• Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and product promotions.
• Collect photos, videos and testimonials from field activities.
• Monitor trends, support paid campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Produce regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong written communication and content‑writing abilities.
• Creative, proactive and up‑to‑date with current social media trends.
• Ability to translate technical product information into simple, engaging messages.
