Store Assistant – Stock Control & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a fast‑paced, organized Store Assistant to manage stock control and reporting in our Kathmandu office/warehouse. The role combines daily data entry, label printing, and proactive inventory monitoring to ensure smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily records of stock availability and identify items nearing depletion.
• Produce goods ageing reports to highlight slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.
• Generate KPI reports on dead stock and stock turnover using Excel.
• Monitor fast‑moving products and create reorder suggestions for management.
• Receive, count, and enter incoming goods promptly, and print/paste MRP labels accurately.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organized to align physical stock with system records.

Required profile

• Strong basic math abilities and attention to detail.
• Fast typing speed and self‑motivation to maintain order.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, basic formulas, VLOOKUP, creating tables/charts).
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for quick learning and task assistance.
• Basic math competency.
