Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of our Kathmandu retail location, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth workflow. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and is responsible for meeting sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Control inventory, conduct stock counts, and manage merchandising displays.
• Lead, coach, and schedule store staff, setting performance expectations.
• Deliver attentive and efficient customer service, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales performance, implement in‑store promotions, and prepare routine reports.
• Support loss‑prevention initiatives to protect company assets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Experience in retail or store management, including staff supervision and inventory oversight.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
