Store Manager – Retail Clothing

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our clothing and travel retail outlet in Butwal. The role combines leadership, sales drive, and operational oversight to ensure a high‑performing store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff, fostering a customer‑focused culture.
• Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and develop effective sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
• Handle daily cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare sales/financial reports.
• Monitor store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a clothing store.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of accounting, cash handling, and financial record‑keeping.
• Experience in inventory and stock management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and take ownership of store operations.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Previous Store Manager or Outlet Manager experience is preferred.
