Store Officer – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Officer to oversee daily store and inventory activities within a manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and record‑keeping of raw materials, spare parts and packaging supplies to support production and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials, spare parts, packaging materials and other items.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and arrangement of materials.
• Issue materials to production and other departments according to approved requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to shortages, excess or damaged items.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, stock records, inventory reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Accounts and other functions regarding material needs.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and security of the store.
• Assist in stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers welcome; 1–2 years of store/inventory management experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
• Strong organizational, record‑keeping and communication skills.
• Ability to work responsibly in a manufacturing/store environment.
