About the role
Sure Solution is seeking a confident and friendly Telecaller to join its team in Bagbazar, Kathmandu. The role involves communicating with prospective students, understanding their study‑abroad interests, and providing basic information about the company’s education and counselling services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries.
- Guide students about Sure Solution’s study‑abroad counselling and related services.
- Understand students’ basic requirements and connect them with appropriate counsellors.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain proper records of calls and inquiries.
- Provide accurate and clear information about available services.
- Schedule counselling appointments and support the counselling team.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
