Therapist – Spa & Massage Services

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Therapist to provide professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing services to our guests at Hyatt Place Butwal. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, hygienic, and high‑quality experience while staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, techniques and product innovations.
• Deliver services in a safe and professional manner, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Provide uncompromised attention to guest and member service throughout each session.
• Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for each client.

Required profile

• Holder of an international certification in physical therapy or spa treatments.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a Therapist or Masseur.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and professionally with clients.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service.
