Ticketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Ticketing Officer to join Sweet Dream Travels. In this role you will help clients plan domestic and international trips, handle airline ticketing and manage travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and hassle‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Book flights, hotels, tours, transportation and other travel‑related services.
• Issue airline tickets and manage reservations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Prepare travel itineraries and modify bookings as required.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, airline policies and travel guidelines.
• Advise clients on travel insurance, regulations and safety measures.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints professionally, offering suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
• Stay updated on airline promotions, travel packages and industry trends.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Detail‑oriented approach.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience in travel or ticketing.
