Tour Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Tour Operations Executive to manage end‑to‑end tour delivery, from initial booking through to post‑trip follow‑up. The role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of travel logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
• Handle bookings, reservations, itineraries, transportation, accommodation and related travel arrangements.
• Communicate with clients to capture travel requirements and propose suitable options.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, cost estimates and travel documents.
• Monitor schedules, confirmations and payment status, managing changes, cancellations or unexpected issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, vendor information and tour documents.
• Provide timely support to clients before, during and after their trips and resolve operational issues professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in tour operations, travel agency or ticketing roles.
• Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with travel‑related software/tools.
