Web Designer & Client Solutions Specialist

About the role

One Way Technology is seeking a creative and proactive Web Designer and Client Solutions Specialist to join its founding team. You will lead website projects from concept to launch, support visual content creation, and interact with clients to understand their needs and showcase digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive client websites using WordPress, Bootstrap, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Customize layouts, optimize site speed, configure SEO settings, and create user‑friendly navigation.
• Assist in setting up basic automated chatbots and collaborate on visual multimedia elements.
• Participate in client calls to explain technical details, gather requirements, and support sales presentations.
• Ensure post‑launch security, updates, and overall functionality of client sites.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of professional experience in web design or related digital services.
• Strong eye for visual design and ability to translate client needs into functional websites.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
