Youth Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Youth Engagement Coordinator will lead the recruitment pipeline for Teach For Nepal’s fellowship program. Based in the Kathmandu Valley, the role involves building lasting relationships with prospective candidates, universities, and youth networks across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in RSM meetings and team reflections.
• Source, engage, and cultivate prospects from colleges, universities, and youth organizations.
• Organise high‑visibility info‑sessions and events to raise TFN’s profile.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment funnel via calls, meetings, and digital channels.
• Schedule and support candidates through interviews and assessment centres.
• Manage event logistics and participant invitations end‑to‑end.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and analyse engagement data.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, or youth engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and diffuse tension.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate candidates.
• Result‑driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
