Accountant – Financial Operations & Team Supervision

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations at Classy Printing Press. The role involves overseeing bookkeeping, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading the accounts team to deliver accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage day‑to‑day accounting transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow and control expenses.
- Prepare and file VAT, TDS and other tax returns, staying updated with regulatory changes.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team, fostering accuracy and efficiency.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proven capability to supervise and develop an accounting team.
