About the role
We are a premium residential aged‑care facility with a 50+ bed capacity seeking an Accounts Officer to support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth finance‑related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and documentation.
- Assist with day‑to‑day accounting, invoicing, bills, payment records and financial reporting.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses and cash flow.
- Support monthly and periodic financial closing and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on finance matters.
- Assist with payroll and other finance‑related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
