Applications Specialist – Physiotherapy

About the role

The Applications Specialist provides clinical and technical expertise for physiotherapy and rehabilitation product lines, acting as the bridge between our equipment and the clinicians who use them.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for physiotherapists, physicians, and hospital management.
• Deliver hands‑on training and in‑service sessions on safe operation, protocols, and patient setup.
• Provide on‑site and remote support after installation to maximise device utilisation.
• Support the sales team with clinical input for proposals, specifications, tenders and quotations.
• Prepare training materials, protocol guides, presentations and product literature.
• Assist in organising workshops, training events, exhibitions or conferences.
• Gather customer and clinician feedback and share market and clinical insights.
• Coordinate with service teams and suppliers on technical queries, installations and warranty matters.

Required profile

• Diploma in Physiotherapy (DPT) from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with the Nepal Health Professional Council or eligibility to register.
• Sound knowledge of physiotherapy modalities such as electro‑therapy, ultrasound, traction, exercise therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley and to other districts as required.
