Architect / Civil Engineer – Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer who will take charge of coordinating residential projects from design through council approval. The role blends technical knowledge with project‑management duties, supporting our clients in Australia while based in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new jobs into the project system and brief the design team according to client requests.
• Manage and update project progress, deadlines and statuses in ClickUp.
• Coordinate the building permit application process and prepare council documents, reports and applications.
• Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and answer professional phone calls in English.
• Maintain accurate digital filing and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in job submissions and relay them to the relevant team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in architecture or civil engineering.
• Strong written and spoken English for communication with Australian clients.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Interest in moving from design drafting to project coordination.
