Area Sales Manager – Project Sales

About the role

We are seeking experienced, result‑oriented sales professionals to lead project‑based sales across key regions in Nepal. The role involves building strong relationships with project owners, contractors, consultants and dealers to drive revenue for construction‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and key customers.
• Identify, generate and secure new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote company products, obtain specifications, and prepare competitive quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and project developments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
• 4–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cement, steel, paints, construction materials or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
• Analytical skills to assess market and competitor information.
