Store Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Sales Manager to lead our retail network in Chapali Budhanilkantha. The role combines store‑level sales leadership with responsibility for new store expansion and export‑focused business development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across existing stores, set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Train and coach store teams to improve conversion rates, footfall, average ticket size and repeat purchases.
• Analyse store data to identify best‑selling products, growth opportunities and optimise merchandising.
• Scout and evaluate potential locations for new stores, conduct basic market and competitor analysis, and support store launch activities.
• Generate qualified international B2B leads, identify importers, distributors and private‑label buyers, and manage the full export sales cycle from quotation to order confirmation.
• Maintain the export sales pipeline, coordinate samples, pricing, packaging, certifications and logistics, and nurture existing export customers for repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, export or B2B environments within FMCG, food or wellness sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Self‑starter capable of handling multiple leads and opportunities independently.
• Valid two‑wheeler licence.

• Proficiency in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience with B2B lead generation and export documentation.
