Asset Recovery Executive – Field & Customer Recovery

About the role

The Asset Recovery Executive (ARE) will lead field visits and customer follow‑ups to recover internet hardware and outstanding balances for a leading ISP. This position combines sales, negotiation and customer‑service skills to resolve issues while preserving positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to customer locations across Kalanki and surrounding areas.
• Follow up with customers by phone and in‑person to collect overdue payments and retrieve hardware.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, balances, and customer interactions.
• Travel to multiple sites each day, adhering to safety and company policies.
• Provide clear, courteous communication and suggest appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Organized, persistent and able to meet daily call and visit quotas.
• Calm under pressure, professional and maintains a positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic and high integrity.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence and personal transportation.
• Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of internet services and the local market.
