B2B Coordinator/Manager – International Education

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Coordinator/Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships within the international education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, education providers and recruitment partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the organisation’s B2B network.
• Coordinate university visits, partner meetings, seminars, workshops and industry events.
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings, networking events and institutional activities.
• Monitor partnership performance and collaborate with internal teams on business development activities.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of experience in education consultancy, international student recruitment or B2B business development.
• Strong understanding of the Nepalese education and international student recruitment market.
• Proven experience in university/college relations and partnership management.
• Excellent PR, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
