Branch Manager (AECC - Nepal)

About the role

AECC, an education and migration agency founded in 2008 and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, is hiring a Branch Manager for its Nepal office. The role covers managing all customer-related activities, resolving employee grievances and taking accountability for the branch's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer-related activities, handle employees' immediate grievances and take accountability for the branch and its functions.
• Lead, motivate and improve the performance of the branch management team, ensuring goals and targets are achieved.
• Maintain, manage and monitor all customer-related operational issues.
• Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, accounts and administrative departments.
• Continually assess, develop and implement improvements in team performance, service levels and processes in consultation with management.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an operational or customer experience role, with a strong focus on the international education industry, A-class banks or renowned insurance companies.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team player.
• A Master of Business Administration degree from a top overseas university is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management platforms.
