Business Strategist / Manager

About the role

We are an innovative entertainment and technology studio expanding into AI‑driven content, gaming and advanced digital media. We seek a Business Strategist/Manager to bridge high‑level creative vision with day‑to‑day operational execution across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly and ongoing milestones for HR, Finance, Training and Operations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Synthesize operational progress into clear updates for the founders and flag bottlenecks.
• Partner with founders to translate creative vision into market‑ready strategies for AI‑driven filmmaking and next‑gen gaming.
• Maintain industry foresight on AI, gaming and animation trends and propose growth initiatives.
• Create and deliver high‑quality visual presentations to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a management or strategic role within entertainment, media or tech.
• Dual‑mindset: disciplined operations manager and forward‑thinking strategist.
• Strong interest and conceptual understanding of generative AI in creative workflows.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with creative directors, founders and mid‑level managers.

• Advanced presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
