Packaging Executive

About the role

The company is seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Packaging Executive to lead packaging operations in its manufacturing/FMCG facility. The role focuses on product quality, production efficiency, and strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise packaging operations including rinsing, filling, labeling, machine maintenance, changeovers and CIP.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate activities with Production, Quality, Stores and Planning departments.
• Monitor line performance, minimise material waste and reduce downtime.
• Maintain packaging records and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMS, QMS and relevant ISO standards, and train staff on safety, PPE and hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as GMP and HACCP is an advantage.
