About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead its beverage production facility in Balaju, Kathmandu. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, meeting demand forecasts, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee packaging, maintenance, and overall plant operations.
- Develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts.
- Minimize production wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure GMP, quality, and workplace safety standards are met.
- Lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing/operations, with at least 3 years in the beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, filling machinery, ERP systems, and team management.
