About the role
United Cements Ltd., a unit of the KL Dugar Group, is looking for a Process Manager / Deputy Manager to lead and optimise manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, manage and assist CCR Operators.
- Assign day‑to‑day tasks to shift employees.
- Encourage staff autonomy while providing guidance to develop confidence and leadership.
- Execute shutdown jobs, including pyro‑section refractory works.
- Monitor safety for work processes and manpower during shutdowns.
- Ensure smooth and continuous plant operation.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce breakdown hours.
- Reduce power and fuel consumption.
- Drive cost optimisation.
- Maintain uniform process parameters.
- Maintain product quality and control stack emissions.
- Ensure housekeeping of all sections.
Required profile
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
