About the role

Swoyambhu International College, a leading Tribhuvan University affiliated institution in Lagankhel, Lalitpur, is looking for a visionary, dynamic, and result‑oriented Campus Chief to lead its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The Campus Chief will ensure academic excellence, strategic growth, and effective institutional management across all programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and monitor BBM, BCA, BBS, and MBS programmes in line with TU regulations and extracurricular activities.
• Develop and implement innovative academic calendars, routine structures, and pedagogical strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
• Supervise internal evaluations, terminal examinations, and thesis/project work for bachelor's and master's levels.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate full‑time and visiting faculty, maintaining high teaching standards.
• Identify staffing needs, conduct recruitment drives, and organise professional development workshops for faculty.
• Formulate long‑term strategic plans to increase enrollment, enhance brand reputation, and boost academic output.
• Initiate and drive research activities, seminars, and publications within the campus.
• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and collaborative learning environment and address student grievances through counseling and feedback.
• Act as primary liaison with Tribhuvan University (Dean’s Offices of FoM and FOHSS), UGC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Build corporate partnerships to expand internship and placement opportunities for students.
