A reputed IT College is seeking a competent Program Coordinator to coordinate academic activities, support students and faculty, manage schedules, and ensure smooth program operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership in planning, delivering, and monitoring program‑specific activities aligned with university standards and the college’s vision.
• Oversee student academic progress and assist in evaluating faculty performance and teaching outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic collaborations with technology companies, research institutions, and industry partners for internships, placements, and joint projects.
• Analyze academic results and technical assessments together with leadership to implement strategies for continuous academic improvement.
• Manage day‑to‑day program logistics, including class scheduling, laboratory allocations, and academic record‑keeping.
• Facilitate academic advising, project guidance, and support services to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
