About the role

The Principal will provide academic leadership, ensure compliance with UK QAA standards, drive strategic growth, and oversee campus operations at Global College of Technology in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design and pedagogy for IT, AI, and Cyber Security programmes, championing the “Foundations First” ethos and maintaining international teaching standards.
• Ensure all local delivery, module moderation, double‑blind marking and assessment frameworks strictly follow UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) parameters and Nepalese regulatory guidelines.
• Develop corporate pipelines, joint laboratories and internship frameworks with technology firms in the Baneshwor Tech Epicentre, and supervise the campus Incubation Centre.
• Oversee day‑to‑day campus administration, smart‑classroom logistics, AI/robotics labs and digital cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure tenancy.
• Lead the Research and Innovation Department, directing studies on teaching quality, future career prospects, ICT business opportunities and demographic trends to enhance graduate employability.
