About the role
We are looking for an experienced, visionary and results‑driven Chief Executive Officer to steer Sopan Multiple Company toward sustainable growth and profitability. The CEO will shape the strategic direction, oversee all operations and build strong relationships with the Board and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for management, operations and business strategy.
- Formulate and implement long‑term strategies, expansion plans and institutional development initiatives.
- Maintain effective coordination with the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor financial, administrative and operational activities.
- Lead the organization to achieve its business goals and objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or equivalent.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision for business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
