About the role
We are seeking a proactive Operations Analyst to keep Sterling Wells Nepal’s office running smoothly. The role will act as the central point for facilities, procurement, vendor coordination and team support, allowing our finance and talent teams to focus on core activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end office operations including facilities, utilities (air‑conditioning, electricity, internet) and general upkeep.
- Lead the operations team to deliver efficient support across the organisation.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment and services, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory, arrange maintenance and liaise with technical support.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and service providers for rapid issue resolution.
- Coordinate office construction, renovation and fit‑out projects, and evaluate new office spaces for expansion or relocation.
- Anticipate operational problems, resolve issues swiftly and work with Finance on budgets and expenses.
Required profile
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and vendor‑management skills.
- Ability to lead a small team and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
