Client Services Officer – Client Success & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Services Officer to join our team in Kathmandu. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and client satisfaction is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and coordination with clients.
• Schedule meetings, follow up on approvals, quotations, and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution.
• Assign, monitor, and track project tasks.
• Prepare proposals, minutes of meetings, and project documentation.
• Maintain project calendars and track deliverables.
• Coordinate social media posts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good time‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
