About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join DHAAGO’s marketing team in Lalitpur District to plan, create, and publish engaging content across major social platforms. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining a consistent brand voice while growing the organization’s online reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule posts, write captions, produce short‑form videos, and curate visuals that follow brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and adjust content based on performance analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing and design colleagues to support campaigns and brainstorm new content ideas.
• Stay updated on social media trends relevant to DHAAGO’s audience and contribute to continuous improvement of the content strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create engaging copy, basic graphic designs, and short‑form video content.
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Comfort using social media management and analytics tools to track performance and optimize posts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred; a portfolio of work is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lalitpur and actively participate in team meetings and brand activities.
