Clinical Provider – Telehealth & Onsite Mental Health Services

About the role

Intellect, a global mental health tech leader, is expanding its EAP provider network in Nepal. The Clinical Provider will deliver telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy to employees of diverse organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy sessions.
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employee wellbeing, stress management and resilience.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.

Required profile

• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours.
• Experience with depression, OCD, PTSD or similar psychological topics.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Prior EAP or counselling experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Motivational Interviewing.
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
• Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
