Cook – Indian, Chinese & Nepali Cuisine (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team in Khoipu, Lalitpur. The role involves preparing a diverse range of Indian, Chinese and Nepali dishes while upholding high standards of taste, presentation and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Indian, Chinese and Nepali meals according to the established menu and recipes.
• Maintain consistent food quality, flavor and visual presentation.
• Ensure strict kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food‑safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ingredients and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff during peak service periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cooking Indian, Chinese and Nepali cuisines.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Good organisational skills for handling ingredients and equipment.
