Customer Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Customer Intelligence Analyst will turn customer data into actionable insights that drive better experiences and business outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse behaviour, monitor performance and shape data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, usage data and operational metrics to identify trends, friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics through dashboards and analytical tools, delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct customer call surveys, social media reviews and other research activities to understand needs and experiences.
• Plan, manage and execute customer‑centric campaigns from strategy through implementation, including pre‑campaign analysis, segmentation and targeting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, CX, Technology, Design and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Perform post‑campaign analysis, measure results, extract learnings and recommend improvements.
• Lead experiments related to acquisition, activation, retention and engagement, and collaborate on product and CX innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Campaign Management.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce or other customer‑centric digital businesses is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Data‑visualisation/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar data platforms.
