Customer Relationship & Sales Associate

About the role

FunFurnish Pvt. Ltd (Heritage Wood Works) is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship & Sales Associate to drive sales and nurture client relationships for its furniture and woodwork products. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels, guiding customers, and supporting the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by converting inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and walk‑ins into confirmed orders.
• Guide customers in selecting doors, windows, furniture and other woodwork items based on budget and project specifications.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads and maintain an accurate customer database.
• Build and sustain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with production, design and installation teams to ensure accurate communication of requirements and timely project delivery.
• Keep customers informed about order status, production, delivery and installation schedules.
• Create engaging social‑media content (photos, short videos, captions) for Heritage Wood Works’ platforms.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends, competitor activity and preferences to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Nepali and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business and other social‑media platforms.
• Basic content‑creation skills: smartphone photography, short‑form video (Reels) and caption writing.
• Good organizational, documentation and follow‑up capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer engagement.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
