Customer Relationship & Sales Associate

About the role

FunFurnish Pvt. Ltd (Heritage Wood Works) is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship and Sales Associate to drive sales and nurture client relationships for its furniture and woodwork product line. The role combines direct sales, multi‑channel customer support, and social‑media content creation to enhance brand visibility in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by engaging prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and walk‑ins, converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Guide clients in selecting doors, windows, furniture and other woodwork items that match their budget and project specifications.
• Prepare, send and follow up on quotations, maintaining a timely conversion of leads.
• Maintain an accurate customer and lead database, tracking communication history, order status and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with production, design and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are met and project timelines are adhered to.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order progress, delivery schedules and installation dates.
• Create engaging social‑media content (photos, short videos, testimonials, product highlights) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends, competitor activity and preferences to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management abilities.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in furniture, interior design or home‑improvement sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Basic content‑creation skills: smartphone photography, short‑form video (Reels) and caption writing.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer engagement.
