Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our operations team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on handling client inquiries, providing shipment updates, and ensuring a smooth experience across our logistics and supply‑chain services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide shipment status, delivery updates and relevant service information.
• Coordinate with Operations, Freight Forwarding, Customs and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate delays or changes and follow up on shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Address complaints professionally and deliver timely solutions.
• Request required documents and ensure service requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare basic customer service reports when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics or freight forwarding preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused, responsible and professional attitude.
