Inventory & Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to lead our inventory strategy and warehouse operations. The role ensures optimal stock levels, accurate inventory data, and efficient material flow across all storage facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage inventory strategies for raw materials and finished goods to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and working capital.
• Optimize storage capacity and space utilization across warehouses, silos, and cold storage facilities.
• Ensure real‑time inventory accuracy through SAP/ERP systems, cycle counts, and regular reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory trends and proactively manage damaged, expired, slow‑moving, and obsolete stock.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce inventory losses.
• Oversee efficient material flow from receiving, storage, production, to dispatch.
• Manage cost‑effective vehicle dispatch and optimize transportation and vehicle utilization.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in inventory control, warehouse operations, space utilization, and process efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop the inventory/warehouse team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and provide data‑driven insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
