About the role
Same Day Courier 247 is a dedicated same‑day transportation and delivery service operating across the UK and Europe. The company seeks an experienced Operations Executive to support its Nepal‑based UK operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming UK customer calls routed to the UK office and Nepal operations team.
- Provide courier quotations, arrange bookings and manage deliveries from collection to completion.
- Collaborate with British and Nepalese colleagues using VoIP telephone systems, Zoom and internal operational systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate confidently with UK customers, drivers and suppliers.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
- Graduated from an English‑speaking country (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
- Confident communication with UK clients and stakeholders.
