About the role
We are seeking a Fleet/Rider Operations Incharge who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, operational, and efficiently utilized.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all fleet-related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise department heads and monitor the performance of their respective teams.
- Conduct regular operational review meetings and ensure timely execution of departmental goals.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational challenges and improve cross‑functional collaboration.
- Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across all fleet functions.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department heads to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify resource requirements and recommend staffing, training, and process improvements.
- Escalate critical operational issues to senior management and recommend appropriate solutions.
