Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions and provide professional support across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate common concerns to the relevant team.
• Assist customers with product, service, and general inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach in all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer queries are addressed properly and on time.
• Support day-to-day customer service and sales activities.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English and Nepali communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good customer‑handling and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
