About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our recruitment efforts, handling candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews, relay feedback, and act as the main point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Track applicant status, maintain CRM/ATS records, and update job postings.
- Guide candidates on resumes and interviews, and advise clients on job descriptions and market availability.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or tele‑sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and client relations.
- Organized with ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
- Empathetic with strong relationship‑building and active listening abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with job portals.
- Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment.
- Proficiency with ATS software.
