D2D Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and confident Door‑to‑Door (D2D) Sales Representative to promote and sell FTTH internet services directly to residential customers. You will visit assigned neighborhoods, explain package options, generate leads and convert prospects into new subscribers while meeting daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales in assigned residential areas.
• Promote ISP/FTTH internet packages, explaining plans, pricing, benefits and installation procedures.
• Identify potential customers, generate new leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convince customers and convert leads into new connections.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collect required customer information and documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the technical team for installation and activation.
• Submit daily sales and field activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum SEE/+2 or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales or ISP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Energetic, confident, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in the field and able to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet services.
• Knowledge of the local area, two‑wheeler ownership and a valid driving licence are advantageous.
