D2D Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑driven Door‑to‑Door (D2D) Sales Representative to promote and sell FTTH internet services directly to residential customers. You will work in assigned neighborhoods, explain package options, generate leads and convert prospects into new subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits in the designated area.
• Promote ISP/FTTH internet packages, explaining plans, pricing, benefits and installation steps.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convince prospects and close sales to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Collect required customer information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and submit daily field reports.
• Coordinate with the technical team to schedule installations and activations.

Required profile

• Minimum SEE/+2 or equivalent qualification; freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and persuasive skills.
• Energetic, confident, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in the field and able to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet services.
• Knowledge of the local area, a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence are advantageous.
